The site, its design, copy, music and videoclips, The Jam brand and the Lumière name belong to The Jam or its licensors. You may share links and embeds. You may not copy, resell or present them as your own.

The site and the Console are in beta. They are provided as is, may change or go offline, and come without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We link to other sites. We are not responsible for what is on them.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
