Guest terms.
These terms apply when you make a videoclip with The Jam, in the Console or at a live activation. Plain English first. Read them before you press produce.
01What you provide
A song, either uploaded by you or picked from our library. A face photo and a full-body photo of yourself.
Your consent, given inside the Console before production. You confirm the photos are of you, and that you have the rights to any song you upload.
02What The Jam may do
Use your photos to generate your character and produce your videoclip with Lumière, our in-house engine.
By default, include the finished piece in The Jam pool and show it on The Jam TV and on the chart, credited as made with Lumière. You can ask us not to, see section 06.
03What you get
A license to use and publish your videoclip, for example on your own social channels, your site or in a pitch.
No transfer of intellectual property. The Jam keeps the rights to the videoclip, the character design and Lumière.
No monetization. You cannot sell the videoclip, license it to others or earn platform revenue from it.
04Credits
One credit makes one videoclip. The credit is reserved when production starts and used when the clips finish. If the system fails, the credit comes back. Typo fixes and re-exports are free.
05Beta
The Console is a beta. It may be slow, change or stop without notice, and results may vary. It is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
06Removal
To remove your piece from The Jam TV, the chart or the pool, or to delete your photos, write to us from the email you used, using the contact page or the address shown above once published. We act on removal requests without asking why.
